I think it is true if  three points is intersection of three line inside circle.

Let a triangle ABC inside circle D. IO=HN=GM=FL=EK=JP => O,N,M,N,K,P are on a ellipse

Let a triangle ABC, D,E,F is midpoint of AB,BC,CA. J,I are on AB, H,G are on BC, K,L are on CA. DI=DJ=FL=EG=EH=EK=FL => Six points J,I,H,G,K,L are on a conic.
