$\left [ 3\sqrt{x}-(x+2) \right ]+\left [ 3\sqrt{5-x}-(7-x) \right ]=3x^{3}-12x^{2}-3x+12$
$\Leftrightarrow \frac{-x^{2}+5x-4}{3\sqrt{x}+(x+2)}+\frac{-x^{2}+5x-4}{3\sqrt{5-x}+(7-x)}=3(x^{2}-5x+4)(x+1)$
