Cách 2: Dùng bất đẳng thức

 Áp dụng bđt AM-GM cho $2$ số dương:

     $(x+1)+4\geq 4\sqrt{x+1}$

 Kết hợp với $(1)$ suy ra:

     $2x^{2}-11x+23\leq x+5<=>x^{2}-6x+9\leq 0<=>(x-3)^{2}\leq 0<=>x=3$

Thử lại thấy $x=3$ là nghiệm của $(1)$

Vậy: $S=\left \{ 3 \right \}$
