đặt $\sqrt[4]{x+2}$=a

$\sqrt[4]{x-2}$=b

PT đã cho trở thành $a^{2}+(m+1)b^{2}=ab$

$\Leftrightarrow a^{2}+mb^{2}+b^{2}-ab=0$$\Leftrightarrow a^{2}-ba+mb^{2}+b^{2}$=0

coi pt trên là pt ẩn a, tham số b,m

$\Delta =...=b^{2}(-4m-3)$

để pt trên có nghiệm thì $\Delta \geqslant 0$

mà $b^{2}\geq 0$

nên $-4m-1\geq 0\Leftrightarrow m\leq -\frac{3}{4}$
