Đặt $tan\frac{x}{2}= a\Rightarrow sinx=\frac{2a}{1+a^{2}};cosx=\frac{1-a^{2}}{1+a^{2}}$
Thay vào phương trình và phân tích nhân tử ta có:
$(a^{2}-1)(a^{2}+(4-2\sqrt{2})a+1)= 0$
Đến đây thì dễ rồi nha.
