Một số talks và abstracts:
-V.Berkovicht: A non-Archimedean interpretation of the weight zero subspaces of limit mixed Hodge structures

Let http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?\mathcal{X} be a proper scheme over the field $F$ of functions meromorphic in an open neighborhood of zero in the complex plane. The scheme http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?\mathcal{X} gives rise to a proper morphism of complex analytic spaces http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?\mathcal{X}^h by its preimage), the cohomology groups http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?H^i(\mathcal{X}^h_t,\mathbb{Z}) of the fiber http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?\mathcal{X}^h_t at a point http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?\mathcal{X}^{an} associated with the scheme http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?\mathcal{X} over the completion of the field $F$

-H.Esnault và Phùng Hồ Hài: The fundamental groupoid scheme and applications I, II
If X is a scheme of finite type over a perfect field k, and x is a geometric point, Grothendieck defined the arithmetic fundamental group http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?\pi_1(X,x) surjects to http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?Gal(\bar{k}/k) where $\bar{k}$ is the separable closure of k in the residue field of x. An open question is to understand geometrically the sections of this surjection. Grothendieck conjectured that if k is of finite type over http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?\mathbb{Q} and X is an anabelian curve, then sections come from rational points of $X$ or of its compactification. More precisely he conjectured that the universal covering based at $x$, or its compactification, should have a $k$-form with a $k$-rational pro-proint. We show the existence of a $k$-linear abelian rigid tensor category which underlines http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?\pi_1(X,x). It allows us to define nice geometric fiber functors. Then Deligne's theory of groupoid schemes allows us to see that a section of http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?Gal(\bar{k}/k) exists if and only if our category is neutral. We define a general universal covering associated to the choice of a fiber functor. This construction allows us to see the easier part of Grothendieck's prediction: if a section comes from a $k$-rational point, it defines automocally a $k$-rational pro-point.

Xu Fei: BRAUER-MANIN OBSTRUCTION FOR INTEGRAL POINTS
The Brauer-Manin obstruction was first introduced by Manin to refine the local-global principle for rational points of projective varieties. The method was further developed by Sansuc, Colliot-Th\'el\`ene, Borovoi, Skorobogatov, Harari, ... and so on. In this talk we will study the integral points of the schemes of finite type over the ring of integers of number fields by using the Brauer-Manin obstruction. Our main result is that the Brauer-Manin obstruction is the only obstruction for the integral points of schemes whose generic fibers are the homogenous spaces of semi-simple, simply connected algebraic groups of non-compact type. As application, some examples will be provided and sum of three integral squares over imaginary quadratic fields and cyclotomic fields will be determined. This is a joint work with Colliot-Th\'el\`ene and Dasheng Wei.

J.M.Fontaine: http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?\varphi-crystals, finite group schemes and p-torsion sheaves
Let S be a scheme of characteristic p satisfying some mild condition. I shall define the notion of http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?\varphi-crystals over S, which is a refinement of the classical notion of crystals over $S$. Then, I shall explain how to associate to any http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?\varphi-crystal a p-torsion abelian sheaf for the syntomic topology over S. In this way, we construct a large class of $p$-torsion sheeaves containing the finte and flat commutative group schemes of rank a power of $p$.

R.Parimala: Rational points on homogeneous varieties
Let $k$ be a field and $G$ a connected linear algebraic group defined over $k$. It is an open question whether a principal homogeneous space under $G$ over $k$ dmits a $k$-rational point provided it admits a zero-cycle of degree one. Analogous questions for homogeneous spaces under $G$ have been answered in the negative recently. We shall trace known results in this direction, with special reference to fields of cohomological dimension 2.

R.Sujatha: Arithmetic of Elliptic curves over nonabelian extension
We shall review state of the art in noncommutative Iwasawa theory and illustrate some applications in the study of the arithmetic of elliptic curves

E.Viehweg: Arakelov inequalities and the uniformization of certain rigid Shimura varieties.
Let $Y$ be a non-singular projective manifold and http://dientuvietnam.net/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?\omega_Y(S) nef and ample with respect to $U$. Let $f:V\to U$ be a family of Abelian varieties. Consider an irreducible sub variation of Hodge structures of of weight one on $U$ with logarithmic Higgs bundle .
For Y a curve, the Arakelov inequality says that . The equality implies that is the tensor product of a unitary bundle and of the rank two variation of Hodge structures, given by a theta characteristic. Moreover U is the Shimura curve uniformized by .
We will discuss similar inequalities for families over an $n$-dimensional base $Y$. For n=2 the equality will imply that $U$ is either a generalized Hilbert modular surface, or a ball quotient, and again is the tensor product of a canonical uniformizing variation of Hodge structures with a unitary bundle. Moreover $U$ is a Shimura variety (of Hodge type).
Those results partly extend to the case $n>2$.

P.Vojta: On Schmidt's Subspace Theorem and the Weyl-Ahlfors theory of associated curves
Recall that Roth's theorem put upper bounds on how well fixed algebraic numbers could be approximated by elements of a given number field, and that Schmidt's Subspace Theorem generalized this to look at how well fixed collections of hyperplanes in projective space in general position could be approximated by rational points.
Schmidt's proof of his Subspace Theorem consists of a part that builds on the ideas of Roth's proof, and a new part involving successive minima and geometry of numbers. I will recall some aspects of this proof, and discuss it in relation to a newly modified proof of the corresponding theorem (of H. Cartan) in Nevanlinna theory.

D.Wan: Moment zeta functions for Calabi-Yau hypersurface
Moment zeta function measures arithmetic variation of the zeta function of a variety when the variety moves through an algebraic family. It arises from the study of Dwork's unit root zeta function. In this expository talk, we discuss the moment zeta function via the most important example of toric Calabi-Yau hypersurfaces, which relate to modular forms, p-adic modular forms and arithmetic mirror symmetry. This is joint work with Antonio Rojas-Leon.

J.Yu: On Zeta Values in Positive Characteristic
We study the Carlitz zeta values at positive integers. These are arithmetic invariants connected with the function field arothmetic. Recent development of motivic transcendence theory enables one to prove that all the algebraic relations among these transcendental invariants come from the Euler-Carlitz relations and the Frobenius relations. We shall also discuss the open problems left.

M.Waldschmidt: Discrete Mathematics and Diophantine Problems
One of the first goals of Diophantine Analysis is to decide whether a given number is rational, algebraic or else transcendental. Such a number may be given by its binary or decimal expansion, by its continued
fraction expansion, or by other limit process (sum of a series, infinite product, integrals . . . ).

And others....
