Giải phương trình: $\sqrt{44x^{2}+51x+18}=\sqrt{2}\left ( 4x+2+\sqrt{x+1} \right )$

ĐK x $\geq -1$ 

PT $\Leftrightarrow \sqrt{22(2x+1)^{2}+14(x+1)}=2[2(2x+1)+\sqrt{x+1}]$

Đặt a = 2x+1, b = $\sqrt{x+1}$ ( b$\geq$0)

Ta có : $\sqrt{22a^{2}+14b^{2}}=2(2a+b)$ $\Leftrightarrow 3a^{2}-8ab+5b^{2}=0\Leftrightarrow (a-b)(3a-5b)=0$
