ĐK $x\geq 9$
$P=\frac{6\sqrt{x-9}}{30x}\leq \frac{9+x-9}{30x}=\frac{1}{30}$
max P=1/30 $\Leftrightarrow 3=\sqrt{x-9}\Leftrightarrow x=18$
