$3x^2 + y^2+2xy-7x-3y+4=0$
$\Rightarrow (x^2+y^2+2.25+2xy-3x-3y)+2(x^2-2x+1)+0,25=0$
$\Rightarrow (x+y-1,5)^2=0,25-2(x-1)^2\leq 0,25$
$\Rightarrow -0,25\leq x+y-1,5\leq 0,25\Rightarrow 1,25\leq x+y\leq 1,75$
