xét n=$3k+1$ ta có:$A=1+2^{n}+4^{n}=1+2^{3k+1}+4^{3k+1}=\left ( 2^{3k}+1 \right )^{2}+3.4^{3k}$
theo fermat nhỏ $2^{3k}\equiv 2(mod 3)$$\Rightarrow A\vdots 3$ mà A>1 => A ko phải số nguyên tố (loại)
xét n=$3k+2$ ta có: 2A=$2(1+2^{3k+2}+4^{3k+2})$=$\left ( 1+2^{3k+2} \right )^{2}+4^{3k+2}+1=\left ( 1+4.2^{3k} \right )^{2}+16.4^{3k}+1\vdots 3$ mà (2,3)=1$\Rightarrow A\vdots 3\Rightarrow$ Ako phải số nguyên tố (loại)
=>n=$3k$ rồi xét các TH k=3a+1 3a+2 =>k=3a
