Cho $p,q$ là số nguyên tố, $q>2$ $x$ là số nguyên dương sao cho $p \nmid x-1$ và $p|x^q-1$.
Chứng minh $p|(x+1)(x^2+1)(x^3+1) \cdots (x^{q-1}+1)-1$.

Discovery is a child’s privilege. I mean the small child, the child who is not afraid to be wrong, to look silly, to not be serious, and to act differently from everyone else. He is also not afraid that the things he is interested in are in bad taste or turn out to be different from his expectations, from what they should be, or rather he is not afraid of what they actually are. He ignores the silent and flawless consensus that is part of the air we breathe – the consensus of all the people who are, or are reputed to be, reasonable.
Grothendieck, Récoltes et Semailles (“Crops and Seeds”).
Trước hết bằng phương pháp quy nạp ta tính được :
$\prod_{k=1}^{q-1}(x^{k}+1) -1=\sum_{k=0}^{\frac{q(q-1)}{2}-1}x^{\frac{q(q-1)}{2}-k}$
Ta sẽ chứng minh :
$\sum_{k=0}^{\frac{q(q-1)}{2}-1}x^{\frac{q(q-1)}{2}-k}\equiv \sum_{k=0}^{q-2}x^{q-1-k}+1(modp)$
Điều này tương đương với :
$\sum_{k=q}^{\frac{q(q-1)}{2}}x^{k}\equiv 1(modp)$
Nó tương đương với :
$\sum_{k=q+1}^{\frac{q(q-1)}{2}}x^{k}\equiv 0(modp)$
Khi mà :
$\sum_{k=q+1}^{\frac{q(q-1)}{2}}x^{\frac{q(q-1)}{2}-k}\equiv 0(modp)$
Do $x-1$ không chia hết cho $p$ nguyên nó nên $(x-1,p)=1$ ; nên ta có thể nhân 2 vế với $x-1$ khi đó ta cần chứng minh .
$x^{\frac{q(q-1)}{2}-q}\equiv 1(modp)$
Hiển nhiên đúng theo giả thiết và $q$ nguyên tố nên lẻ .

$$[\Psi_f(\mathbb{1}_{X_{\eta}}) ] = \sum_{\varnothing \neq J} (-1)^{\left|J \right|-1} [\mathrm{M}_{X_{\sigma},c}^{\vee}(\widetilde{D}_J^{\circ} \times_k \mathbf{G}_{m,k}^{\left|J \right|-1})] \in K_0(\mathbf{SH}_{\mathfrak{M},ct}(X_{\sigma})).$$
