$4\sqrt{5x^{3}-6x^{2}+2}+4\sqrt{-10x^{3}+8x^{2}+7x-1}=13-x$

$$4(\sqrt{5x^{3}-6x^{2}+2}-1)+4(\sqrt{-10x^{3}+8x^{2}+7x-1}-2)=1-x$$

$$\frac{4(5x^3-6x^2+1)}{\sqrt{5x^{3}-6x^{2}+2}+1}+\frac{4(-10x^3+8x^2+7x-5)}{\sqrt{-10x^{3}+8x^{2}+7x-1}+2}=1-x$$

$$\frac{4(x-1)(5x^2-x-1)}{\sqrt{5x^{3}-6x^{2}+2}+1}+\frac{4(x-1)(-10x^2-2x+5)}{\sqrt{-10x^{3}+8x^{2}+7x-1}+2}=1-x$$

$4\sqrt{5x^{3}-6x^{2}+2} =4.1.\sqrt{5x^{3}-6x^{2}+2}\leq 2(5x^{3}-6x^{2}+2+1)=10x^{3}-12x^{2}+6$

$4\sqrt{-10x^{3}+8x^{2}+7x-1}=2.\sqrt{4}.\sqrt{-10x^{3}+8x^{2}+7x-1}\leq -10x^{3}+8x^{2}+7x-1+4=-10x^{3}+8x^{2}+7x+3$

13-x=vt$\leq 10x^{3}-12x^{2}+6-10x^{3}+8x^{2}+7x+3=-4x^{2}+7x+9$

hay

$-4x^{2}+8x-4\geq 0\Leftrightarrow -4(x-1)^{2}\geq 0$
